The CASE Juvenile Probation
System handles all aspects of juvenile probation including Juvenile Intake,
Investigations, Supervision, Placement, Programs and Drug Court.
Ø
Juvenile
Intake module: Guides officers through a complete intake interview,
facilitating the gathering of basic information on each juvenile. The information collected is used
throughout the CASE application and will automatically populate letters,
reports, or documents, as appropriate.
Ø
Juvenile
Investigations module: Aids officers as they create dispositional,
fitness or other court reports.
Officers are able to gather the in-depth background information
needed in these reports by utilizing the CASE investigation interview.
Ø
Juvenile
Supervision module: Tracks caseloads and chronicles contacts made
with probationers. All active
terms and conditions of probation vital to supervision officers can be
accessed for use in searches, warrant enforcement, or for local law enforcement
investigations. Statistical
reports and forms can be generated to aid officers in their daily or
monthly reporting responsibilities.
Ø
Juvenile
Placement module: Tracks the starts and stops of juveniles who are
in placement. Contacts,
placement costs, and locations are stored in this module.
Ø
Juvenile
Programs module: Monitors the enrollment and completion of
programs. Goals, attendance
and hourly programs are easily tracked.
