At the first ISD CASE
User Group Meeting in Sacramento in early 2004, ISD announced plans to
provide JCPSS reporting capability for CASE and also that ISD would begin
developing both standard and custom reports using Crystal Reports©, an
industry standard reporting package.
As promised, the JCPSS reporting module is now ready and test files
have been exchanged with the California DOJ. ISD also delivered the first reports using Crystal
Reports© as the first step in moving towards an environment where CASE
users will be able to generate their own ad-hoc reports providing our
clients with a flexible, on-demand, well supported, industry-standard
reporting capability.
Juvenile Reports: The Juvenile Reports module
provides access to numerous pre-defined statistical and information reports
supporting management of cases and officer workloads. Users select from the following
report menu headings:
Department Wide, Intake, Hearings, Institutions, Supervision and
Programs.
Adult Reports: Similar to the Juvenile Reports module, the Adult
Reports module offers the following expandable menu selections: Department Wide, Investigation
Activity, Hearings, Supervision and Programs.
