The CASE Adult Probation
System handles all aspects of adult probation including Adult Court
Services/Investigations, Supervision, Caseload Management and Drug Court.

Court Services module: Aids
probation officers in creating pre-sentence investigation reports as well
as a number of other court reports.
Ø
Adult
Supervision module: Tracks caseloads and chronicles
contacts made with probationers in the field or the office. All active terms and conditions of
probation vital to supervision officers can be accessed for use in
searches, warrant enforcement, or for local law enforcement investigations.

Adult
Caseload Management module:
Manages the up-to-date contact information as well as the terms and
conditions of each grant of probation. By tracking a probationer’s past, present and future
activities and appointments, officers are able to focus resources on those
needing increased services.
